The Apple spends a lot of money for marketing and advertising of the IPhone, In a year of 2014 alone they spent $1.2 billion and year before that they spent $1.1 billion. Every year they are spending more and more money on advertising, with every new IPhone product, the price of marketing it rises with it.

Customer service and Atmosphere of the Apple ( Located at the Oculus)
I visited the Apple store on Oculus with few of my fellow classmates, customer service was decent, mainly because there were so many free employees, when we entered the store one of the employees came up and asked if he could help us with anything. Atmosphere in the second floor was crowded compared to the first floor where there were less people. Overall staff was friendly and kept a smile on their faces.

Ch. 6 - Consumer Decision Making
With Apple IPhone 7, consumers want " need recognition" happens pretty fast in my opinion. As soon as most Android users grab IPhone in their hands, its either they love it, or they hate it, there is no in between. While post purchase behavior with the product would not be as good as need recognition, because within a year, new IPhone will come out and the IPhone that we have is not the newest.

Is Wal-Mart good for America?
Yes, it is good. A lot of people in USA benefit from Wal-Mart being so affordable. 100 million customers / week, this just goes to show that Americans really like going there, and the amount of jobs it has already created in America is insane. Yes, they import everything from China, but how else do people think the price is so low in Wal-Mart, not because everything is America made, If it was, Wal-Mart would not be this popular and successful

Ch. 4 - The Marketing Environment
Apple's Marketing Environment is anybody from age of 12 to age of 65. Why I say 12 to 65 is because of the simplicity of IOS software. It is not hard to learn how to use Apple IPhone compared to other competitive companies. Gen Y & Teens are the moneymakers of Apple IPhone, because they are more likely to socialize with one another through the smartphone.
